The Merry Witch is a human woman.
Description[]
This withered old witch is one of the inhabitants of a magical village concealed in the mountains near Lantzville. She is as a pratical joker, and likes to use her magic to spice up her tricks. However, she is also easily angered and stubborn; around 1940, King Wigglewig (the ruler of the village) forgot to invite her to his Halloween party, and the spiteful Merry Witch responded by cursing all the flowers in the land to oblivion.
