Toby Bear is (or was) an anthropomorphic bear.
Description[]
An energetic young man with a bit of a sweet tooth, Toby Bear used to be Oswald Rabbit's best friend. Toby could be rather naive, but was also brave and loyal. Oswald and Toby were roommates during Oswald's stay in Lantzville. What became of Toby after Oswald was transported to Wasteland is unknown; it is possible Toby followed his friend but was lost to the Shadow Blot, explaining his absence in the present day.
